There is litle business in leather. First Wellingtons 17s, basils have declined from a halfpenny to a penny. Copper. — Fluctuations are due to varing reports respecting amalgamation. It is now stated that prompters have approached the Washington authorities with a view to getting the highest sanction to the scheme.
