OF ROTORUA MAIL TRAIN. (Per United Press Association.) ATJCKLA.ND, September 23. ■ The express to Rotorua is said ,to have had a lucky escape from disaster this morning. An engine and somo trucks of a special goods train to the Waikato were derailed at Whangarata, through the main line points, so it is alleged, being left unlocked. Whangarata is a non-stop station for the express, and if the special train had '.ot been running just in front of her the result would doubtless have been a calamity.^
