AMERICA'S RECOGNITION. Press Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright ' NEW YORK, September 23. The Board of Aldermen of New York has resolved to give Dr. Cook a public reception, and to confer on him the Freedom of the City. A resolution formally recognises that Dr. Cook discovered the Pole.
