DEATH IN WELLINGTON HOSPITAL.

(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 27. Vincent Serraro, a recent arrival from Auckland, died at the Wellington Hospital this afternoon. His death, it is said, was caused by a dose of lysol. He was cook on the s.s. Jane Douglas for about two years, but left that vessel about two years ago, and lately he has been conducting a supper room in Auckland, where his wife and two children reside.
