AUKLAND, July 23. The Waihi Gold Mining Company declared a dividend, of four shillings per share.

The manager of the Grand Junction reports that No. 5 level crosscut north has extended 220 feet, and has evidently struck the Martha lode. The first ten feet of the lode which has been opened up averages eighteen shillings a ton.
