Mr Herbert Gladstone, replying to Mr Snowdon, said, that 14 of the Suffragists in Holloway Gaol 1 who were guilty of refusing to wear prison dress and undergo medical examination, were sentenced to solitary confinement. Several had since lucked and bit the female wardere and thrown food out of the cell windows Six tad been discharged for refusing food, and others would shortly be released for tne same leason.
