At our> Taihape sale on Wednesday, the ?4th inst., we had a very fair yarding of eatths "^Although the pi ices were 'not high we disposed of practically the whole of our entry at the following prices —
Sheep — Aged ewes 4s to 4s 6d, small lambs 5s to 5s 4d, 2-th wethers Bs, 8s 4d, to 8s lOd, mixed ewt«'7» 3d, 7s sd, to 9s.
Cattle — 15 to 20-moutlrs heifers 255, forward heifers to £2 ids; fat heifers £Z ss, fat cows £8 6s to £4, fat and forward cows £3.
At our Pahnerston North sale this day a IneHium entry of stock came forward. Our principal sales utre: Empty store cows £2 is to .£2 10s, 18-month steers to £2 6e, cows and calves .to .JE3 9s.
