Ine limes, commenting on the -tuation, remarks that the appointment of Nazim and Edben, as a result of the Liberals rallying, was the real turning point of the revolution, and opened the door for negotiations, which the Times trnsts are to result in the establishment of Parliamentary institutions on stronger foundations than ever.
