A Tug Boat Oapsize*, fk Batlor Drowned. Perilous Experience of Survivors (Per United Press Association.; AUCKLAND, April 22. The crew of the tugboat Stella, which capsized on the Horahora bar, were threequarters of an hour in the surf. They had a terrible struggle to reach the shore. The captain and mate were almost gone, but managed to land. An ordinary seaman named W. Campbell was drowned.
