An Escaped Pasha's Opinion.
ATHENS, April 20. . Mukhtar Pasha has reached Athens aboard a German vessel. He states that tbe Ministry and the Parliament were too cowardly to prdclaim' a state of seige, otherwise the revolt would have been nipped in the bud. British warships have landed 800 bluejackets at Mersina.
