No jockey will be allowed to ride or drive unless in full jockey's colours, and breeches Rule 212. 12. Any jockey not weighing out within ten .nimites after ringing of bell, or not returning saddle cloths immediately at conclusion oi events will be fined £1, which will be sUioth enforced. 13. AU protests must be made in writing, and accompanied by a fee of £5, to be f><rf« ted if the protest is dismissed. li. All protests must be in the hands of the Secretary within ten minutes after the dtcisior of the race. 15. By the entry of or endeavouring to entei a horse, every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall tt deemed to accept all the conditions and re strictions imposed or implied by these rules, and to be barred from questioning the action oi conduct of the Club, or other body holding a sports meeting, or of any official of the club oi such other body, in rrspect to such horse, or o< any person connected therewith otherwise thar is provided for in part XXX as per Rule 163. 16. All horses or ponies entered at the Meet ii^g must be registered with the New Zealand Trotting Association prior to nomination. 17. Drivers, Riders, and Trainers must hold current season's licenses.
