The Position at the Hutt.
Hanging in the Balance. WELLINGTON, November 20. It is calculated that in the Hutt, Nolicense must secure 42 out of 62 absent votes to win. Its supporters think they can reckon on 35 for certain, but the other side claim that they know of 21 for continuance, which is sufficient to defeat Nolicense. The result appears quite likely to hank on a vote or two.
