The Wallabies defeated Cornwall ly 3 poala and one try to one goal — 18 points t\> 5. The match attracted 12,000 spectators For the Wallabies, in the first half, Griffin and Russell obtained one and two tr'e* respectively, McKivett scoring the fourth in the second half. Carmichael converted three tries. Wilson scored, a try for Cornwall, and Solomon converted. [The "A!-I-Oacks" defeated Cornwall by 41 poidte (4 goals and 7 tries) to nil.]
