Seven cases, are set -down for hearing.' The only suit taken to*3rßy" was "the application by the Wellington Law Society to strike off the rolls Christopher Hcott, solicitor, of Raetihi, sentenced to 18 months for forging a memorial on a certificate of title, and the name of the Assistant Land Registrar. ' The Court granted the application.
