AUCKLAND, April 29. The Arbitration Court dealt with the case against Salmon and Co. (butchers) and F. R. Bust (secretary of the Butchers' Union) for alleged breach of award. Bust was employed at 35s a week and 5 per cent, commission on sales, being given the use of a cart to carry small goods for sale. The Court held that Bust was a servant, but as the breach was not wilful, it only ordered defendants to pay costs." • - .
