LONDON, April 29.

In the case Page versus Walker (claimant to the Page estate in Middlesex), plaintiff sought an injunction restraining defendant from interfering with his possession of a farm in the parish of Kingsbury. Mr Justice Eve, in dismissing the case, with costs, declared that the action was based on shadowy evidence and reckless statements, and wished that he had power to stop such proceedings.
