Press Association. — Telegranli.— Copyright. Received April 10, 10.20 a.m.

Their financial policy was likely to bring them to serious grief. He hoped they would learn, from the recent- bye-election, of the country's disillusionment. A new Government had a great chance. The Unionists were willing to deal with education and temperance on moderate lines. They were ready to examine carefully, not obstructively, any proposals conceived in a just and moderate spirit.
