A Manchurian Incident.
PEKIN, April 7,
Four Japanese, apparently out of private revenge, entered the American Consulate at Mukden and attacked the native staff. The Consul-General had them arrested and conveyed to the Japanese Consulate-Gene-ral. No apology was offered.
