A few particulars concerning some members of the coming English team : — El J. Jackctt, the Leicester, Cornwall, and English full-back, who is a member of the team, is reuorled to possess a bright and genial personality that should contribute m no slight degree to the success of the tour from the social standpoint. Dibble, one of the Somerset forwards, was selected to represent England in each of the international matches this season. P. F. McEvaly, of uiiy's Hospital and Kent threequarter line, who was a member of the 1904 British team, and has been selected for the forthcoming tour, is reported to be in line form this soason. Playing" for the Marl borough Nomads against London Irish recently, lw> scoured a try after running the whole length of the ground. As far as is known, he was not selected to represent England this season. Davey. the Cornwall hall in the English team, played splendidly against Devon recently, making some beautiful openings. It was thought probable that he would be picked to partner Williamson in the match against Ireland, but the colonial, Port us, was Delected for the position.
The- members of the Aramoho Football Club are reminded of practice to be held in Kendrick'o grounds to-morrow at 3 o'clock. It is requested that all members ioll up in view of a match to be played at Easter.
