Pr^ss Association. — Telegraph.— Copyright. Received February 18, 9 28 p.m. PRETORIA , February 18. Tvy-Gencral Relarcy, in unveiling a monument at Burgc-rsdorp to the burgher j killed in th? Boei war, declared that the Afrikanders had emerged more than conquerors. The struggle had consolidated the Boers in all the colonies, who now would never be deprived of South Africa. Professor Mullar described the monument as a "beacon of blood."
