DUNEDIN, January 31. The Wharf Labourers' Union intend taking action to cancel the registration under the Arbitration Act, but the opinion is general that it does not involve a strike. -Feeling, however, favours similar action by the Seamen's Union. On the other hand employers regard it as a game of bluff.
