Acceptances for the First Day's Events will close with the Secretary, at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on WEDNESDAY, 18th December, 1907, at 9 p.m., and for the Second Day's Events at the same place at 9 o'clock on the evening of the First Day. PENALITIES. The following penalties sha'l be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights — Of the value of 50 soys. 61b; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 soys and ever, 8)b; 150 soys, 101 b; 300 so\s and over, IUK, provided that any horse handicapped at 8m IMb and over will only carry half these penalises. This rule does not apply to Welter and Hurdle Races. HURDLE AND WELTER RACES. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b, two or more races I7lb. RULES. All Races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Rangitikei Racing Cjub, Bulls, and entrance money to be enclosed with name of horse, age at time of entry, name of owner and trainer, pedigree, and colours of riders.
