PKNALIfIES. The following penalities shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights —Of the value of 50 soys. 61b ; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 soys and over, 81b; 150 soys, 101 b; 300 soys and over, 141 b., provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101 b and over will only carry half these penalities. This rule does not apply to Welter and Hurdle Races. HURDLE AND WELTER RACES. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 10lb, two or more races 171 b. RULES. All Races to be r.n under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. All entries to be staled and addressed to the Secretary, Rangitikci Racing Club, Bulls, and en-trance-money to be enclosed with name of horse, age at time of entry, name of owner and trainer, pedigree, and colours of riders. All . nominations by wire must be confirmed by letter by first mail afterwards. Bookmakers, their clerks, agents, or assistants will not be allowed on the grounds of the Rangitikei Racing Club. H. A.
