Childs (Lyttelton) 3. B Flat Bass.— H. Anthony (Ashburton Temperance) 1, J. Barrett (Nelson) 2. E Flat Cornet.— J, E. C. Thomas (Ashburton County) 1, F. Dix ?Lyttelton) 2, A. C. F. Hosden (Ashburton Temperance) 3. Tenor Trombone. — J. Cummins (Nelson) 1, M. Wearne (Lyttelton) 2. Lieutenant Herd, of Wellington, is adjudicating.
