PROPOSED SPfiCIAL LOAN OF £5,000. ln the matter of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900," ana of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," and the Acts amending the same respectively. mHE WANGANUI BOROUGH COUNJ. CiL hereby gives public notice that it proposes to raise a special loan of .£3,000 (in addition to £40.000 already authorised to be raiaed for the same pVrpose) for 'the following undertaking namely: — The construction under "Th© Tramways Act, 1894," md other Acts enabling it in that behalf of an fXcctric Tramway along: the street* of the said Borough and outside tho Borough to" a point in the Waitotara Coiinty on the River Bank Road, aad the providing of Electric Train- ! can, Power-lKnfee, Car-shvd, and all land, Buildings, Machinery, Appliance*, Plant, Apparatus, and thing* necessary or convenient for the purpose of constructing maintaining, and working such Tramway, and for tho extension of such Tramway, and all things incidental thereto or used in connection therewith; AND to establish a Sinking Fund during the currency of the loan of one pound ten shillings per centum per annum on the amount (or the time being of the said loan actually borrowed 'for or towards payment of snch loan at Its maturity; AND to appropriate' and pledge by way of security to pTo^ vide for the payment of iatercst on such Special Xioan and charges, and the payment of such Sinking Fund an annually recurring Special Kate of one penny in the pound! on* the annual value of all rateable property within the said Borough.
