WANGANUI FOOTBALL CLl'B. The VVanganui Football Club held their annual m-cting last night in Dustin's Rooms, about 40 member? being present, Mr A. Gray occupying the chair. ANNUAL REPORT.— The annual report (which has already appeared in these columns) was read and confirmed. ELECTION OF OFFICERS.— The election of officers resulted as follows • — President, Mr A. Gray ; vice-presidents, Dr Wall, and Messrs H. Tillcy, R toathif-on, L. Haggard, J. L. Stevenson, G Marshall, L. Cohen, W. B. La* - rie, C. E. Mackay, \V. Rankfn, P. Aidlvride, and S. Sargeant; captain, Mr L. McCaithy; vice-tap-tain, Mr K. McDonald; secretary, Mr E. Hcdditch; treisuror, Mr S. Morgan; committee, Messrs E. Gilbert, R. Dunkley, G. Aitken, D. Barnett, . Southcombe, B. White, C. D. Campbell; selection committee, the captain and deputy, and R. D'lnklev; delegates to thr L'nion, Dr Wall and Messrs 11. Tilley and A. Gray. It was de< idfd to place on ecord the valuable services rendered by Mr R. Dunkley as secretary and regret was expressed at his relinquishing the position. A vote of thanks to the chair concluded the meeting. The .Tnmi.il general meeting of the Pirate Football Club will ta'ie place this (Friday) evening at the Newmarket Ho^el, at 4 o'clock sharp. Intending members are cordially invited to attend.
