A Stream of Molten Metal

NEW YORK, January 10.

The explosion at Jones and Laugh in's was due to gas. It liberated streams of molten metal 5 feet deep . Out of thirtyfive workmen, only one escaped unhurt by racing faster than the metal flowed. The rest were fatally injured or incinerated.
