Another Deadlock.

Double Dissolution Expected. ADELAIDE, December 21. The Assembly insisted on disagreeing with the CoimcM'g -amendments to the Franchise Bill, and a conference of the two Houses failed to reach an agreement. The Premier has announced that the Bill will be dropped, and, the position is now the same as before the last dissolution. It is rumoured in political circles that a double dissolution antL a general election for Houses is probable in March.
