Quarry Explosion Noar Dunedin

Two Men Killed | (Per United Press Association.) i DUNEDIN, December 20. I An explosion occurred in Fox's quarry at Glen Road, Caversham^ between 8 and 9 this morning. One man wa's killed and one seriously injured. Later. The Glen quarry accident was caused by a blast which miss-fired yesterday goin>j off this morning. William Raynham, who was killed, was a married man with four children, living in South Dunedin. William Dick, single, was wounded. Two men, King and Finerty, working on the stamper, were thrown into the air, but escaped with a few scratches. , Later. William Dick, the second victim of the blasting accident, died in the hospital at noon.
