HAWERA, November 30. • The Arbitration Court sat here yesterThere were two claims, both in respect to injuries. David Whiting claimed from A. W. Oillies. In thia case claimant cut hiß *mst whilst trimming respondent's hedge, the injury resulting in amputation of the arm. Judgment was reserveo!. F. J. Kelly sued G. C. Turner. Both are farmers of the Eltham district. Claimant was engaged splitting posts for respondent, and a chip flew off, the wedge injuring claimant's knee. The Ocean Accident Insurance Company were the real respondents, and agreed to an award of .£B2.
