CRICKET.

COLLEGIATE SCHOOL v. TOWN. A scratch town team played a match against the Collegiate School on Saturdty afternoon, when the weather was very unpleasant for cricket. The school won the toss and sent their opponents into the field. The school put together a total of 74, towards which Ritchie contributed 30 and Jacobs 11. The town team scored 135 for the loss of 9 wickets, Luxford making, 64 very nicely, though he ran Moutray out badly. Joyce, with 20. was the only other double figure scorer.
