MASTERTON GRIEVANCES.

(Per United Press Association). MASTERTON, October 20. At yesterday's meeting of the Chamber of Commerce, a resolution was passed directing the attention of the Government to the inadequate accommodation at the Masterton Railway Station, the necessity for the erection of the weigh bridge which is at present lying on the ground, and the urgency of providing a n»ore powerful crane to meet the requirements of merchants. It was also decided to call the Borough and County Councils and the Government's attention to the existing danger through trains shunting across the Akura Road, on which there is constant traffic.
