Press Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright. Kecehed October 22, T. 30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, October 20. The perpetration of a bomb outrage wad narrowly averted. A Kionstadt infantryman named Vlassoff went to a place where a court-martial wat. in progress and requested a policeman on duty to hand a parcel to the soldiers guarding tho prisoners on trial. Examination of the parcel revealed the contents to be a powerful bomb weighing five pounds. Ylassoff was immediately arrested. He confessed that the soldier to whom the parcel was addressed would have handed it to a bluejacket, who was undergoing trial, and who in turn would have thrown tho missilo at the commandant of the fortress and the iudges' table. The plot waß to avenge the recent sentences and executions.

The woman by whom the parcel was brought from St. Petersburg was arrested, together with the military plotters.
