Experience has shown that the Separator will produce — or to put in another way, will save from the wlio'e milk — one-third more cream from a given quantity of milk than can be saved in the ordinary way of skimming, so that the cost of a machine is quickly saved, and in the cream alone there is a profitable and saleable commodity, when it is not requh-ed for butter-making or table use.
