(Per United Press Association). HOKITIKA, September 20. At the Supreme Court, to-day, Robert Raymond, pleaded guilty to charges of attempted criminal assault at Westport; Frank Cannon to the forgery of a cheque and uttering same at Kumara; William Harvey, junior, to the theft of amalgam from the Progress mine at Reefton. All were remanded for sentence till next day. William George McPherson was founu guilty on a charge of procuring abortion at Greymouth, with a strong recomendation to mercey. James Malodenovich was found guilty of burglary and theft at Burnett's Face, near Denniston. Sentence was deferred till Saturday. =_*=__
