The Hunted Czar.
Press Association.— Telegraph .-Copyright. Received September 21, 8.33 a.m. LONDON, September 20. The Daily Express- St. Petersburg correspondent cays that the Czar did not return to attend General Trepoff's funeral, because a servant at Peterhof confessed that the Terrorists had bribed some of the palace servants to admit a bomb-thrower to exeeuto tho Czar at the funeral. The officer implicated has suicided. ST. PETERSBURG, September 20. An artillery colonel named Nicolaeff was shot dead while walking in the street at Warsaw. Theassassin eacaped.
