Press Association.— Telegraph. -Copyright. Received September 20, 9.18 p.m. LONDON, September 20. The committee of the China Association in London strongly urged Sir E. Grey to reconsider his attitude regarding the recent charges against the Chinese Customs administration. The supporters of the committee consider that what an Imperial edict has done an Iperial edict alone can and ought to be made to undo.
