DIVORCE. BUNTING v. BUNTING.

After giving judgment in the above cases His Honor heard the petition, of Richard Bunting for a divorce from Lucy Maud Bunting. The respondent did not appear. Mr Cohen, for the petitioner, stated that the latter obtained an order for the restitution of conjugal rights,and the order was duly served upon the respondent, but she had not complied with the order. The petitioner gave evidence that his wife had not returned, but had, on request, given up the custody of the children, a girl of three years and a boy of 18 months. His Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, and until the decree absolute is filed granted the father the custody of the girl and the mother of the boy. a final arrangement to to be made later if necessary. The Court then adjourned till Monday morning at 10 o'clock.
