Dalgety and Company, Limited. Wellington, have received the following cable irom their London house under date ol the 28th instant: — Butter.-^The Copenhagen official quotation is unchanged. The total imports of butter into the United Kingdom for the week ending the 23rd instant amounted to . 105,000 cwt, as compared with 78,000 cwt for the corresponding period of 1905, the increased imports showing that prices are attracting supplies. Buyers have less confidence in the future of good quality. Frozen Meat. — New Zealand frozen lamb : Canterbury, unchanged ; North Is land, higher by Jd per lb. Frozen mutton : Market dull, but prices unchanged. Frozen beef: Market firm, with change in prices. Forea virtually unsaleable at present. Tallow. — Mixed good to prime, lower by cd ; other • description unchanged. Rabbit Skins — Expect no change at next sales, but anticipates that if any change in price takes place, it will be in favour of sellers, owing to quantities of inferior Kkins offered for sale being very large.
