Received June 27, 9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, June 26. M. Stelypin, Minister of the Interior, ostentatiously declined to notice tho remarks of the Douma speakers on the left criticising the Government's extravagance in artny expenditure and official peculation in tho distribution of fumine relief. He Bitdown amidst ghouta of "resign." Eight million sterling was expended in the relief of 24 provinces after the failure of the crops in 1905. Received June 27, 9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, June 26. Seventy-eight mutineers have escaped from prison at Sevastopol.
