Sir,— ln answer to Mi James Thomson's letter re the memorial service for pur late beloved Premier, it is evident that he (Mr j'. Thomson) know a nothing about brass bands, or he would not suggest that the City, Salvation Army, and the Garrison Bauds should amalgamate. — I am, etc., LABGO.
