' ACCEPTANCES CLOSE FRIDAY.
Horse-owners are reminded that acceptances close on Friday at 9 p.m. with Mr F. MofFatt, secretary, for the following events at the Wanganui J. C. Winter Meeting, which takes place on Thursday and Friday, 24th and 25th inst: — Borough Handicap, 2 soys; Wanganui Steeplechase, 3 soys; Electric Hack Handicap, lsov; May Hurdle Handicap, 1 soy; Conolly Handicap, 3 soys: Kaitoke Hack Hurdles, 1 soy ; Purua Hack Flat Handicap, 1 soy ; Century Hurdlo Handicap; 3 soys.
