ST. PETERSBURG, November 23
Lieutenant Schmidt, who was recently caahieiod owing to his revolutionary sympathies, commands the cruisor Otchakoff.
It is feared in St. Petersburg that in tho ovont of a conflict the Government troops will bo beaten.
Tho Novoe Krai a alone reports that the revolt is collapsing. Other papers state that tho battleships Trisviatitelia and Rostislav have joined the mutineers.
General Linicvitch has expelled 160 agitators from the arniv.
Tho Post and Telegraph employees at Moscow have struck.
