DUNEDIN, November 27.
At tho annual meeting of the Union Steamship Company ' a dividend was declared of 4 per cent, for six months ending 30th September, 1905, .' amounting to «£"24,000. and making, with the interim 'dividend, 8 per cent, for the year, and al9o a bonus of 2 per cent., absorbing ,£12,000 out of the insurance fund. Messrs A. W. Morria :ujd^, Jolin Roberts, C.M.G., were reelected directors.
