Messrs Levin and Co., Ltd., in conjunction with -Freeman R. Jackson and Co., hold their next Wanganui wool, skin, hides, and tallow sale on Wednesday, 20th December.

Shareholders wishing to participate in the forthcoming ballots of the Wanganui People's" Building Society must see that their shares are fully paid up to-night. No arrears of subscriptions will be received after to-night; office hours, 7.30 to 9 p.m.

Brook, a fine building section, corner of Niblett and Dublin * Streets, splendid garden and glass-house, nice cottage, all conveniences, space for two more cottages. As the owner is leaving, this property must be sold. The household furniture and effects will. also be sold at the same time. The salo will commence at 1 o'clock, the property being offered at 2 p.m. sharp. 1
