Received October 31, 9.50 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, October 31. Sanguinary conflicts are proceeding in many provincial centres, where the strikes are extending. The troops wounded many at Riga, and killed 45 and wounded 90 at Reval. Cossacks stormed the Odessa barricades, killing 20 and wounding 200. Workmen compelled the closing of shops and restaurants and overturned tramcars.
