(From Our Parliamentary Special). (By Telegraph.) WELLINGTON, August 24. It Is understood that the enquiry by the Auditor-General into the charge made by Mr F. M. Fisher, M.H.R., as to an alleged improper payment has concluded, and the result is that no trace of any such payment can be found. It is stated also 'that ''the 'AuditorGeneral will report that if any such payr ment has ever been made, it must have been discovered under the system • of" enquiry pursued. ■ •
