BLENHEIM EGG- LAYING COMPETITION.

BLENHEIM, August 14.

The leading positions of the New Zealand Egg-laying Competition arc unchanged. H. Ledgers White Leghorns laid 29 eggs during tho week, and have an aggregate of 406; Brooks' (South Australian) White Leghorns laid 27 eggs, and have an aggregate of 375; Draper's Buff Leghorns 30 and 303. The total number of eggs laid during the week was 2333. The grand aggregate is 17,899, and the wekely average is 23 2-5 per pen.
