(From Our Parliamentary Special), my Telegraph .)

WELLINGTON, August 14. The throe members of the civil service concerned in Mr Fisher's charges are, it is understood, all resident in Christchurch, and one,, if not all, is in the Post Office. One is attached „to the Volunteer Corps of which Mr Taylor was originally captain. It is stilted that they are about to petition Parliament to be heard before the Auditor-General in support ,of their affidavits.
