SYDNEY, June 28.

James and John Macintosh, of the firm of Macintosh and Son, .ironmongers, were awarded J2BOO damages against the Dun Company, trading as the Mercantile Agency, of Sydney, for a libel embodied in a- circular issued by the Agency dealing with the financial position of the firm. ■£i9TOOO was the sum claimed.
